The Duplications Coordinator will be responsible for providing duplications, mailing assistance and support to The UPS Store home office. He/She will meet with vendors and equipment maintenance personnel.

Other Duties

  • Assist with production of all duplication and mailing projects for TUPSS staff.
  • Assist with the ordering and maintenance of inventory of supplies used for duplication projects and mass mailings.
  • Monitors the maintenance of all building copiers. Order and maintain copier supplies, place service calls when necessary.
  • Assist mailroom clerk with all responsibilities as necessary.
  • Maintains a progressive working knowledge of duplication/bindery industry equipment and procedures.
  • Develops and maintain a working knowledge of TUPSS's proprietary manifesting software.
  • Assist with prepress & production workflow for duplications and print services department.
  • Maintains a progressive working knowledge of procedures for USPS and all major courier companies such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
  • Assist office staff with light to moderate shipping service.
  • Assist with all department record keeping and billing systems.

Preferred Competencies

  • Ability to work with high speed duplication equipment, postage meters, and other related bindery type equipment.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Fiery Software in both Windows and MAC environments.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment.
  • Must be a team player, quality conscious, detail oriented and possess a desire to provide excellent customer service.
