Qualifications Required (Skills)

• BS degree in engineering with 5 years of experience with Enterprise Architecture (EA) related topics or 9+ years of EA experience in lieu of BS degree.
• A strong and detailed understanding of collaborative software for integrated architecture, risk, and project planning (Such as Sparx EA, Enterprise Architect, Archtiex, or similar).
• Hands-on experience modeling architectures using industry standard enterprise architecture frameworks (DoDAF, ToGAF, FEA Cert).
• Familiarity with the DOORS requirements management tool
• Experience with the framework development and design.
• An analytical mindset, and strong communication skills to engage with our customer.
• Willingness to learn new skills that help grow themselves and the company by developing new, innovative solutions to the hardest problems in our field.
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication.
• Possession of excellent analytical and time management skills.
• MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN A SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE FOR WHICH YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN.
