Overview of position: To develop near and long-term financial plans pertaining to doctrine, policy and program activities, recommendations, and
courses of action for a SOF Client. Serve as the financial management SME and initiate metric performance programs across all program pillars and vendor efforts to demonstrate return on investment for client leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to plans, programs, policies, capabilities and process development
  • Analyze near and longer-term plans, policies, and program activities to provide recommendations and courses of actions
  • Support the modifications to existing doctrine, publications and policies by drafting, editing and coordinating documentation

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance
  • Must possess a Bachelor s degree. A Master s degree is highly desired
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years in military acquisition program management, policy, planning and execution; coordinating policies, directives, etc. that govern financial
    management, acquisition, procurement, etc. among interagency and congress
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience with USSOCOM acquisitions, policies and TTPs
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience briefing senior officials; working with Client directives, instructions, guidance, TTPs, etc. related to Identity
    Management
  • Must possess experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • The candidate must have strong analytical, research, writing, and presentation skills
  • The candidate must be comfortable working individually or as a team, and have the capability to adapt to changing and dynamic situations

Physical Demands: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face

Travel Requirements: Travel will be required on an infrequent basis
