The Information Security Analyst 5 acts as a senior liaison between internal partners, EAM and EIS Enterprise Password Vault (EPV) Engineering, Development, and Operations organizations by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business efforts utilizing EPV software. Demonstrates advanced technical knowledge of Security Platforms and provides senior-level technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems & procedures that are cost effective with alignment to meet business requirements. Keen analyst skills are required to development and improve metrics supporting internal requests as well as data for an external DataMart. Works with internal partners to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications related to EPV solutions for integration. May develop system test plan components and test scripts as part of the SDLC process. Will act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. Will provide direction and/or guidance to less experienced staff.

As a member of the Enterprise Password Vault Integrations team, the Information Security Analyst 5 is a senior level position and will have responsibilities of integrating technically challenging requirements into EPV, maintain strict OLAs, researching and tracking issues, providing resolution of issues and questions, handling escalations, communicating potential impacts, submitting weekly status reports, understanding and following SDLC processes, and providing guidance to staff while working with senior engineers and operational personnel to improve processes. This position will also require the ability to create documents supporting processes and procedures with a professional appearance.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Ability to partner and maintain business relationships
  • Strong technical skills, including password security, vaulting, 2FA, encryption, cyber threats, active directory, Windows / Linus OS, and major database types.
  • Highly knowledgeable regarding different account type: Privileged, Service, and Server
  • Proven security analytical skills interpreting, translating, analyzing and documenting business & technical systems requirements
  • Ability to develop and negotiate solutions to issues with partners, and at senior-level, including escalations as needed
  • Ability to translate complex business and technical needs and deliver them to a broad audience at different levels of understand, to achieve acceptance and collaboration
  • Experience working in a large enterprise environment
  • Ability to work and lead effectively in a virtual team environment
  • Outstanding analytical problem solving skills
  • Mentor staff, lead training & presentations, create, modify, and enhance processes
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills, including building and following SDLC processes

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of information security administration experience
  • 5+ years of process definition and documentation experience
  • 5+ years of experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements
  • 5+ years of information security experience
  • 5+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise wide information technology solutions
  • 5 + years of technology project management experience
  • 5 + years cyber security analysis experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Advanced Information Security technical skills and solid knowledge and understanding of information security practices and policies
  • Ability to manage complex issues and develop solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
