The role will be responsible for supporting the regional sales managers on signing and activating new dealers as well as credit line increase requests, including contacting customers for information requests and drafting the necessary legal documentation. The role is to support the French team which is managed out of Paris.

From time to time, as required, there will be a need to meet with new vendor customer targets, supporting the Country Sales Leader with developing new relationships across industries.

Essential Responsibilities

External Priorities

  • Checking submission packs for completeness before submitting to Credit;
  • Approach customers for missing information;
  • Uploading of submission pack, completion and updating of Siebel-data;
  • Prepare legal documentation in line with approval memo required for dealer activation in collaboration with Legal and Credit;
  • Communicating and explaining conditions for activation to customers;
  • Ensure KYC/AML, company and legal compliance and ascertain execution of legal contracts where required;
  • Follow Wells Fargo’s process to complete activation of customer – including completion of closing certificates, checking documents for completeness, requesting & scanning of additional documentation and communication;
  • Negotiate and document program term changes and implement with local teams

Internal Priorities

  • Collaborate with all functions (Commercial, Risk, Legal, Operations) to ensure robust processes are in place;
  • Work closely with Legal and Sales to have proper legal templates in place for all required documents in the platform;
  • Seek & suggest process improvement & opportunities to increase productivity and internal / external customer experience;
  • Be prepared to facilitate cross-functional support with Risk and S&D to keep dealer lines open.
  • Maintain strong credibility internally by maintaining strong commercial and documentary skills
  • Be a team player across the industries and country functional teams
  • Support the pan-European business on projects as required

La personne se chargera d’aider les responsables régionaux des ventes à signer et à activer de nouveaux concessionnaires ainsi que les demandes d’augmentation des lignes de crédit, notamment en communiquant avec les clients pour obtenir des renseignements et en rédigeant les documents juridiques nécessaires. Ce rôle consiste à soutenir l’équipe française gérée depuisParis.

De temps à autre, le cas échéant, il sera nécessaire de répondre aux nouveaux objectifs des fournisseurs, en soutenant le Responsable des ventes nationales dans le développement de nouvelles relations parmi les industries financées par CDF.

Responsabilités :
Priorités externes

  • Vérifier si les dossiers de demande de financement sont complets avant de les soumettre au service de crédit.
  • Contacter les clients en cas de renseignements manquants.
  • Télécharger les dossiers de demande de financement, compléter et mettre à jour les données Siebel.
  • Préparer les documents juridiques conformément aux conditions de l’accord pour l’activation des concessionnaires en collaboration avec les services juridiques et crédit.
  • Communiquer et expliquer les conditions d’accord aux clients.
  • Vérifier la conformité KYC/AML et juridique des éléments reçussavant le processus d’activation des lignes de crédit.
  • Suivre le processus de Wells Fargo pour finaliserl’activation du client, y compris la validation des certificats de clôture, la vérification de la complétude des dossiers.
Priorités internes;
  • Collaborer avec toutes les fonctions (commerciales, juridiques, risques, opérations) pour garantir que des processus robustes soient en place.
  • Travailler étroitement avec les services juridiques et de vente pour définir des modèles juridiques adéquats pour tous les documents requis dans la plate-forme.
  • Chercher et proposer des améliorations de processus et des occasions d’augmenter la productivité et l’expérience client interne/externe.
  • Être prêt à faciliter l’assistance interfonctionnelle avec les services Risques et S&D pour maintenir les lignes de distribution ouvertes.
  • Assurer une forte crédibilité interne en maintenant de solides compétences commerciales et de documentation.
  • Faire preuve d’esprit d’équipe au sein des industries et des équipes fonctionnelles nationales.
  • Le cas échéant, soutenir l’activité paneuropéenne sur les projets.
