Our Customer Service Representatives - Home Loans, internally known as Loan Documentation Specialists, are responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties, acting as a back office support for Personal Lines and Loans line of business.
 
 
Responsibilities
 

  • Customer Service Representatives perform Indexing, route customer information/ application to verifications team
  • Customer Service Representatives process, review and validate loan applications
  • Customer Service Representatives process closing and compliance on credit loan applications
  •  Customer Service Representatives review completed credit card applications against system data
  • Customer Service Representatives correct errors to loan applications and/or system data
  • Customer Service Representatives obtain missing information by communicating to internal and external parties


Market Skills and Certifications

  • Finished/ completed 2nd year in College (without back subjects)
  • At least 2-3 years back office experience doing research and investigation
  • Experience being measured with QA & Compliance is preferred                                                  
  • Knowledge in loan processing (personal, auto, credit card, student) is an advantage
  • Must be amenable to night and shifting schedules
  • Must be amenable to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City
