Position Purpose:

This position is a specialized role within inside sales focusing on creating, identifying and cultivating leads for the Sales team. This position will provide direction for all inbound callers to determine the best sales action needed from the customer. The Sales Leads Reps provide a crucial link to connect prospects at the early stages of the buying process. They also identify potential business needs from current customers utilizing Stericycle's suite of services. This is an entry level position on the Inside Sales team.

Key Job Activities:

Use excellent communication skills to research, identify and qualify potential prospects that may need our suite of services by taking Inbound calls and making outbound calls to prospects and customers. Once a sales opportunity is identified, this ISLR will create leads and transfer over to the sales department using The ISLR will also be able to triage calls to the appropriate departments within Stericycle.
Pro-actively share ideas within the Sales department that helps increase efficiencies and effectiveness within the organization.
Performs necessary record keeping activities within and Microsoft outlook.
Performs other related duties as required or requested
