Position Purpose:

As the Leeds based account executive you will have the responsibility of managing a specific group of Tier 3 NHS customers within the Clinical Waste UK Group.

The Account Executive will provide support for a specific and small number of grouped Tier 3 accounts and additionally support for the Contract Managers and their Tier 1 customers and the Head of NHS Account Management in the management of NHS England and NHS Property Services.

Working as part of a sales focused account management team, the Account Executive will enjoy a key office based support role, responsible for providing and excelling in all aspects of customer service on behalf of both current and prospective accounts.

Key Job Activities:
  • Ensure sales target is met for specific customer campaigns within Tier 3
  • Contribute to the development of targeted campaigns for small upsells such as training, compliance services and containers
  • Management and delivery of compliance training and compliance support liaising with Tier 1 Key Account Managers/ Account Manager
  • Ensuring effective deployment of Operations processes on the customer site and liaising with the Operational leads to resolve issues and support delivery
  • Work with Key Account Managers/ Account Managers and the Commercial Director/ Head of NHS Account Management on key Tier 1 accounts
  • Analysis and management of data derived from customer reporting including waste volumes, segregation and trending to manage contract profitability
  • Manage the planned activity and campaigns on the Tier 3 accounts through the use of Salesforce for account management, sales and billing/operations cases
  • Work with the Head of NHS Account Management to establish which Tier 1 accounts will be requiring activity and support within any period such as monthly or quarterly
  • After allocation work with the Commercial Director / Head of NHS Account Management /Tier 1 Key Account Manager in the support of the activity which may extend to mobilisation, billing support, annual audits, site reference visits, marketing and case study analysis and general support of key account functions.
Experience (EMEAA):

Alongside your proven track record in similar sales support/customer service role and a talent for understanding client needs and generating additional sales, we're also looking for:

  • A target driven, enthusiastic approach, coupled with excellent communication/customer facing skills and a highly professional telephone manner
  • Relevant experience in a fast-paced office environment and strong organisation skills, backed by the ability to plan and prioritise a range of often competing demands
  • Experience of using CRM systems
