Marketing Co-Op

The Bimbo Bakeries USA Marketing Internship program affords students a remarkable opportunity to participate in fast-paced real-world projects designed to further develop strategic project management, analytical problem solving, and managerial leadership skills. Mentors will be designated to guide Co-Op collaborations and project work in each area. Marketing Interns support Bimbo Bakeries in the development and execution of marketing plans.

Primary Responsibilities

Support Brand Team in day-to-day, cross functional meetings and communication with Sales, Operations, and outside agencies about marketing programs

Support Brand Team in key product initiatives

Work closely with Brand Team to align messaging and creative with the strategic brand positioning

Participate and help coordinate the implementation of quarterly social media calendars, website updates, and consumer email communications

Monitor and report on program results, making recommendations for future promotions

Develop/train on analytical tools (Margin Minder & IRi) to facilitate report outs

Support Brand Team on miscellaneous projects including presentation preparation, coordination of sampling, premiums, trade shows, etc

Act as a passionate advocate for the Brand in every way possible
