Position Summary: This position leads the design, development, and reporting of Operations performance measurement to identify areas of concern and drive accountability to delivering financial results. Significant responsibilities include Planning, Forecasting, & Analysis highlighting cost improvement opportunities, monitoring bakery crewing, and supporting special projects.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

To be a Business Partner for Operations Management by providing insights into bakery performance

Working closely with the Business Units to identify, design, develop, and support Operations managerial finance performance measurement, reporting and analytics, driving consistent visibility across the business units & bakeries

To run planning & forecasting activities / modeling for Operations; driving accountability and adherence to planned spending targets

Monitor bakery crewing levels across BBU, ensuring proper staffing levels are maintained and raising awareness to areas with high turnover

Leading key initiatives and driving continuous improvement through specialized/adhoc analysis

Managing corporate manufacturing cost center reporting and analytics

Preparing presentations for senior leadership and business reviews

Coordinating the timely and accurate fulfillment of recurring and one-time data reporting requests including BBU internal, GB and 3rd party requests

Skills and Knowledge: Highly motivated with effective communication and presentation skills; strong analytical, problem solving and strategic thinking, managerial accounting knowledge and attention to detail; a strong desire to learn and effectuate the business through financial reporting; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; able to influence across various levels and functions within an organization; proficient with MS Excel, Power Point, Essbase Hyperion and Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
