Description:

The Fleet Analyst is responsible for :

  • Responsible for file maintenance of vehicle titles.

  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with all Fleet Managers, Mechanics and support staff.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stake holders.

  • Foster productive working relationships with related departments including but not limited to: Finance, Transportation, Purchasing, Customer Service and Executive Management.

  • Acquire and maintain expertise in our Fleet Maintenance Management website (Wheeler)

    • Checking information for accuracy and then entering it into the fleet system. This is for both establishing new equipment and maintaining current equipment.

    • Updating WBI when a piece of equipment sells with buyer information in notes and updating status to sold.

  • Respond to inquiries within defined time frames and follow problem resolution procedures.

  • Maintain Central Files and other company documentation.

  • Process documents for state registration, filling out the proper paperwork and ensuring that title documents are also filled out.

  • Processes bill of sales and documents that must be sent to the appropriate agency, such as the Department of Motor Vehicles.

  • Check for accuracy in all documents and ensure that all required parts of forms are filled out and signed. Additionally, may check for accuracy of vehicle sale and purchase prices.

  • Maintain a file of sales, prices, payments and other pertinent information related to the sale or transfer of a vehicle.

  • Must constantly keep abreast of changing regulatory information by monitoring DMV websites and ensuring that their practices are in alignment with updated regulations.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum High School Diploma/GED; some College preferred.

  • Desired 1 year experience in Fleet Automotive or related field.

  • Customer oriented individual with problem solving skills.

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite preferred.

  • Ability to handle a heavy workload, prioritizes work, and meets deadlines.

  • Work as a member of a team and support departmental objectives.

  • Notaries preferred.
