Description:

The National Account Executive will develop and support the growth of BBU products to specific Foodservice National Customers within the Commercial and Non- Commercial Channels. Foodservice channels will include QSR, Full and Limited Service Chains, Healthcare, Business Dining, Colleges & Universities, K-12 Education, Industrial, Sports and Entertainment, Parks, Sports Stadiums and Arenas. The NAE will be responsible to drive top line growth and manage profitability with for our fresh DSD and Frozen sales.

This role can be located in Horsham PA , Chicago, IL , Dallas, TX ; or California.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with BBU sales and operations teams regarding performance and execution.
  • Manage communication to all functional teams regarding account news and information.
  • Establish relationships with key buying influencers and cross functional teams: supply chain, marketing, culinary, and the category management team.
  • Understand key customer dynamics + initiatives and develop customer strategies to grow.
  • Align BBU sales activities with Business Unit strategies and objectives: profitability, market defense, growth and capacity utilization.
  • Achieve corporate revenue and profit goals when aligning specific customer strategies.
  • Organize and maintain contract and pricing programs with each account.
  • Effectively communicate (written and oral) and present to external and internal customers as required.
  • Engage with customer culinary leaders to present new and existing BBU products + capabilities on an ongoing basis.
  • Share best practices, ideas and creative ways to enhance and improve BBU processes.
  • Offer creative solutions for BBU product and concept innovation.
  • Remain current with competitive and innovative developments in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate to support BBU team members with growth projects and initiatives on an ongoing basis.
  • Establish BBU products and brands as category leaders.
  • Manage multiple tasks while prioritizing key projects.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and align with BBU Guiding Principals.
  • Consistently monitor sales performance within existing business and identify new opportunities.
  • Report and present business updates, sales performance results and business metrics on a regular basis.
  • Plan field operational calls as needed and handle service-related concerns that may arise.
  • Attend industry conferences and customer events as required.
  • Identify performance gaps and engage in professional development activities to improve.

Position Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

  • Strong project management skills are required.

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience performing in a Foodservice Sales Account Role.

  • Must have excellent organizational, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.

  • Financial and business analysis experience preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Work and Outlook.

  • Must be able and willing to travel.
