Performance Health is seeking a Manager, Demand Planning to join our team. This position will maintain planning models while optimizing total supply chain costs and fulfillment targets. Through financial/master data analysis, they will evaluate and implement inventory strategy and planning methodology. The Manager, Demand Planning will manage stocking levels and lead times using ERP tools and statistical techniques.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Accountable for optimizing inventory levels and fill rates across the Performance Health distribution network to ensure service level targets are met
Establish and maintain appropriate target stock levels, safety stock, and surge stock levels using ERP and statistical inventory management tools and techniques
Actively review and manage lead times with the goal to reduce them
Leverage financial analysis tools to analyze Total Supply Chain costs with the goal to maximize working capital
Directly manage team of Demand Planners and Planning Analysts
Supply Chain Planning
Develop/measure product forecasts using ERP models and tools
Organize analyses for commercial teams for formal and informal S&OP reviews. Facilitate discussions and raise consensus for adjustments required to optimize future opportunities
Communicate forecasts to stakeholders as needed
Meet regularly with Marketing/Purchasing to review product forecasts, market trends, promotions, etc.
Make senior level presentations for strategy and execution adjustments. Responsible for setting and achieving targets
Analyze channel/product mix, identify gaps and value creation opportunities
Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience and education
7+ years supply chain, specifically planning experience in related industry including:
Material planning and forecasting using ERP tools, preferably Netsuite
Inventory Management experience, including excess and obsolete management
Must possess advanced knowledge with Excel formulas and pivot tables
Ability to work and influence others from different functional areas and levels within and outside the organization
Excellent organizational, decision making and analytical skills
Strong math skills with an understanding of statistics
Knowledge of process improvement tools and techniques (lean, 6 sigma etc.)
