Job Description:

The Program Manager will support the Global Security Solutions (GSS) FBI line of Business. Responsible for directing, managing and administering the accomplishment of all aspects of the FBI Program Statement of Work to ensure completion of all program activities within the established budget and schedule. Position will provide Monitoring and performance reporting to the FBI Portfolio manager as well as day-to-day customer facing reporting. The position will be responsible for managing cost, schedule, quality and risk to ensure contract requirements are met; provide financial reports, collect and analyze project metrics; prepare and participate in informal and formal reviews.


• Oversee the Leidos program team in successfully executing the contract.

• Direct project planning, systems engineering development and implementation according to cost, schedule, and scope requirements.

• Participate in project initiation activities, including plan and budget preparation.

• Manage cross-functional teams responsible for delivering high-quality program outputs on time and within budget.

• Ensure appropriate management, customer and supplier involvement throughout the life of the program.

• Manage resources across projects, and maintain/track contract deliverables, schedule, and budget

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience as a program manager managing programs across the DOD enterprise

• Direct experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment

• Knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the FAR and DFARS, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, and schedule and financial data monitoring and reporting.

• At least three years of demonstrated experience in the management and control of funds


Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10+ years' prior project/program experience in the Intelligence Community.

• Experience with cost reimbursable contracts

• Experience supporting complex technical intelligence operations

• Experience managing development, integration and operational support contracts

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required with the ability to present complex technology into layman terms.

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and non-standard hours when needed.

• PMP highly recommended.
