Cox Enterprises is hiring a Wellness/Benefits Program Manager who will provide support in the administration, management and promotion of Cox’s health and wellness plans, with a focus on wellness. The Wellness/Benefits Program Manager will provide field partners excellent customer service to help administer the health and wellness programs and promote a culture of well-being. Candidate will serve as a subject matter expert for innovative wellbeing plans and programs and will partner with the Director on strategies to benefit employees at all levels of the organization. This position reports to the Director, Lifestyle Benefits.

Primary Responsibilities:

 
  • Provide ongoing analysis & recommendations for the design of the Cox Wellness Programs

  • Manage the wellness plans and their associated vendors (Quest, Aetna, Naturally Slim, Mercer, Livongo, etc.)

  • Responsible for the design and administration of voluntary benefits

  • Partner with Corporate Communications to manage benefits communication and marketing

  • Handle escalated issues related to the wellness plans, partner with various resources to resolve

  • Gain buy-in from senior leadership, inform key stakeholders of program initiatives and partner with businesses

  • Provide company-wide stats and observations including participation, cohort and claims data to determine ROI

  • Provide aggregate results by division and determine geographical areas/locations to target for improvement, identify new opportunities and pilot wellness programs

  • Support Wellness Network by developing webinar content, keeping contact lists and documents up-to-date and proactively growing the network.

  • Develop and deliver presentations to employees at all levels of the organization

  • Promote wellness programs and preventive benefits

  • Administer the Know Your Numbers program by leading screening options, supporting field locations in planning and communicating screenings (when applicable), handling credit issues and escalations


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resource management or public relations
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience administering health and wellness programs
  • Experience using HR systems to administer benefits, preferably PeopleSoft
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong customer service focus and excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, and establish relationships
  • Analytical and creative problem solving skills; strong attention to detail
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Comfortable delivering presentations
