The F&I Specialist will be responsible for setting up all F&I forms and testing with the dealership.  They will also be responsible for matching payments for retail and lease deals, assisting clients in F&I applications, and adjusting system setups as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for setting up Finance & Insurance (F&I) forms for our clients. For example; Retail and Lease Contracts, Title and State Forms, Product forms including service contracts, aftermarket and GAP forms
  • Required to make changes, and/or adjustments to the clients’ forms, including form alignment, calculation errors, disclosure and any additional requests from the client
  • Responsible for understanding the Business Office application within the DMS to assist clients with creating deals and adjusting set ups
  • Maintains close relationship with clients during their forms testing period and continues supporting them for 3 months after the initial 3-week testing period
  • Manages several projects at a time by tracking the client’s form testing progress and escalating any major issues 
  • Works closely with Implementation Managers and Installers to ensure that the client’s needs are being met and that their forms are being corrected in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3+ years of related work experience
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must have excellent client relationship building skills
  • Must be able to handle high stress situations and be able to solve complex problems
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and driven
  • Ability to work under pressure and against deadlines

  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • 0-5% travel is expected for this position. Travel for this position is based solely on business need and may change at any time. 
Work Environment:
This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, headsets, photocopiers, and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time, travel for extended periods of time by air and/or car with exposure to environmental conditions both inside and outside, communicate with clients in person as well as over the phone, and occasionally move about to operate office machinery such as computers, phones, headsets, and printers.
