Job Description:

•Responsible for large, strategic business initiatives for Consumer Client Services (CCS)

•Drives executive support for the Head of CCS (site strategy execution, employee engagement, business support)

•Develops executive level presentations that tell a concise and compelling story for the team.  Must have strong relationship building skills and the ability to work across and at all levels within the organization to gather data, feedback, and opinions to synthesize information effectively into compelling presentations.

•Provides thought leadership and insights to the presentation development process, as well as, working directly with the team’s Executive on deliverables and strategies for the team

•Forms action plans with the team on key business objectives and monitors execution

•Ownership and facilitation of important business routines, meetings and forums.  Designs and leads various routines to keep the team on task and enable integration across the teams

•Enterprise outreach responsibilities

Required Skills:

•Must have 5+ years leadership experience

•Demonstrated effective communication skills, both written and oral, with all levels within the organization

•Proven technical skills with high usage of PowerPoint, Excel and working with graphs

•Proven track record of building strong partnerships and influencing at the manager and executive level without direct authority

•Individuals with a strong understanding /knowledge of operational metrics will be deemed stronger candidates

•Demonstrated performance with developing and communicating operational strategies and executing on action plans

•Proven ability to evaluate routines to reduce variability in processes

•Ability to manage competing needs and drive to quality despite changing priorities and tight deadlines

•Effective process management skills

•Identifies, analyzes and resolves complex problems

•Advises/communicates effectively at senior executive (MTM) levels

•Knowledge of Consumer products and call center operations a plus, but not mandatory

•Demonstrates rigor in understanding and managing risk

Desired Skills:

•Experience in a call center

•Project management experience desired

•Strong understanding of P&L

•Understanding of the policies, procedures and systems of contact center
