Job Description:

The Payment Card ID Theft Policy Lead will lead efforts to identify fraud prevention opportunities and solutions for Debit, Credit, and Small Business products focusing on account takeover, fraudulent application, non-receipt, and balance transfer transactions. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating policies for ID Theft transactions and providing solutions to mitigate fraud losses.  The candidate will  be the primary point of contact to our product owners. The Payment Card ID Theft Policy Lead will also collaborate and partner with  key stakeholders in account takeover and fraud application strategy, servicing, ID Theft detection, authentication, and claims. 

The Payment Card ID Theft Policy Lead will be responsible for:

? Assess risks and drive actions to address root causes that lead to ID Theft losses by challenging both historical and proposed practices
?Serves as the subject matter expert for ID theft policies
? Analyze scorecard and performance reporting to identify opportunities
? Drive and/or support the implementation of improvements in the ID theft space
? Support the development of business cases for new projects or initiatives that impact ID theft
?Identify ID theft gaps and recommend solutions to mitigate fraud losses
? Understand existing ID theft policies and processes
?Engagement in ID theft initiatives to understand loss benefits/impacts
?Complete business cases, UCRAS, and CASTS for ID theft initiatives
? Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as strategies, product owners, authentication/Ops policy, detection, servicing, claims, and Sr. Management
? Present ID theft trends/opportunities to key stakeholders

? Perform other related tasks, projects, and ad hoc analysis as assigned
? Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo

Requires Skills:

? Bachelor's Degree and/or 5+ years of fraud/risk management experience
? Fraud/Risk background
? Payment card experience (Credit Card, Small Business, Debit)
? Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
? Knowledge of Microsoft office with expertise in Word, Excel, and Power Point
? Self-motivated and possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment and deliver action results quickly
