Job Description:

The Treasury Solutions Analyst (TSA) is responsible for identifying potential solutions to customer needs as requested or as a result of needs analysis and identification under the direction of the Treasury Team (Client Manager/Regional Exec/Treasury Sales Support Manager). Key accountabilities include: independent focus of treasury sales opportunities, supporting all activities from sale through implementation, ongoing client relationship management, overall driving and attainment of Treasury revenue goals. Functions may include: routing customer request to the appropriate Client Manager (CM) for further analysis; utilizing technical knowledge to run pricing/cost benefit models; conferring with Client Manager regarding non-standard pricing and negotiation; Preparing RFPs, presentation documents and assisting CMs in relationship planning, gathering information regarding prospects and updating plans and pipeline as needed; supporting and coordinating schedules for Treasury Reviews and Relationship Reviews and assuming responsibility for follow-up and resolution of treasury problems referred. Partners and facilitates by trouble shooting on treasury related Service Center issues as well as responding to questions from the Service Center; obtaining appropriate approval for selected products and ensuring ongoing compliance and monitoring risk related to products and services; performing a variety of functions to include preparing schematics, proposal documents, packages, and presentation.  The TSA will learn to be proficient in the usage of GFO/GFS Implementation Process, Navigator, Account Analysis, DDA (BOSS/FAST) and others.  Some local travel is necessary.

Required Skills:

  • Exposure to treasury management products and services is preferred; prior sales or sales support experience a plus.
  • Time Management - Skilled in prioritizing tasks and recognizing importance of risk mitigation
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, to work with varied business partners
  • Commitment to the highest standard of customer service
  • Strong organizational and partnering skills
  • Skilled in using PC applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook
