Job Description:

HULC Oversight of the End to End Process of Work (ARL/EP, EFIT, GCOR). Escalate issues to downstream partners and SOR as needed for items not HULC RFI and document. Lead a partner call to review all projects to ensure right partners are in the loop and work is prioritized properly (Intake and Prioritization, Project Report Out, Remediation Report Out, Regression Testing Report Out, Issue Report Out, and Timeline Review). HULC RFI Governance Counsel- report out on health of process (Review Project Timeliness, Venue to discuss issues not resolved through partner call, engage senior leaders to remove obstacles).

Required Skills:

• HULC Technology Knowledge

• Proficient with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Ability to consume high volume of process detail and distill into effective communication for consumption at varying levels of the organization

• 5-10 years in Fraud, Business Controls, Process Design, Vendor Management, or other related role.

• Experience with executive level presentation development and delivery

• Ability to build strong partnerships at the senior manager level; can influence outside of direct organizational alignment

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; must be able to appropriately convey ideas, concerns and opinions across differing levels of management

• Is intellectually curious; constantly seeks to learn and advance his/her knowledge

• Must be pro-active, enthusiastic, flexible, results driven with attention to detail

• A team player with demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, using initiative to meet deadlines without close supervision

• A disciplined thinker and capable of working across organizational boundaries in a very demanding, high-output environment

Enterprise Role Overview:

Assist in the execution of internal control discipline and operational excellence within a LOB or ECF. Execute LOB/ECF specific processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide Standards. Support the implementation of QA/QC processes within the LOB/ECF through ongoing monitoring and testing of controls. Identify issues and/or control improvements for remediation, whilst assisting in building out actions plans and milestones. Acts as an ambassador of the risk culture. Weekly/Monthly reporting updates. Execute specific processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide Standards. Evaluates fraud-related data gathered. Engages with LOB Leader to address questions, root causes and controls. Uses complete data and information to assess implications and draw conclusions. Leverages analysis and business knowledge to document, for internal and external distribution, the resulting impact on the Enterprise of fraud risk management, mitigation, and prevention.
