Portfolio Manager- Collections & Enterprise Fraud People Strategy

Job Description:

Responsible to create and execute end-to-end people approach to support Ops2020 transformation across Collections & Enterprise Fraud.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Build the operating model (i.e., how work gets done)

• Understand current vs. future workforce requirements via functional mapping, define new roles, profiles, and job codes

• Create future state organization structure

• Create end-to-end Learning strategy to ensure employees have skills for new roles and to be successful post-transformation

• Create end-to-end Communications & Engagement strategy to support successful transformation

• Partner with project and program managers across Fraud and Claims to monitor benefit health and proactively identify and resolve discrepancies

• Confirm benefit realization through partnerships with Finance and other partners

• Partner with Ops2020 PMO to align benefits expectations with commitments.

Required Skills:

•Experience in HR, LD, Employee Engagement, or Operational Leadership roles with Org Health coverage

•Strong employee readiness, training, communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)

•Advanced skill and strength with Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint

•Experience interacting with and presenting to executive leaders

•Ability to work with senior leaders; executive presence

•Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management

•Self-motivated and strong ability to work autonomously

•Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships

•Must be able to adapt to a fast paced/changing environment and be flexible to the needs of competing priorities

•Strong organizational and time management skills

•Ability to balance multiple needs, requests and goals

Desired Skills:

• Advanced skill and strength with Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint

• Prior experience leading transformation efforts for org health, org design, and operating models

•Experience with employee readiness oversight for large divisions, during large change efforts

•Comfortable working with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities

• Collections, Fraud and/or Claims working knowledge

Enterprise Role Overview:

Manages a portfolio/ programs specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant and strategic impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Responsible for enterprise and/or line of business-wide, cross functional, high impact strategic initiatives by ensuring delivery of business outcomes from portfolio investments. Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes. Responsibility for staff and budget. May serve as primary contact to Executive management for critical change initiatives depending on scope and impact of business supporting. Communicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources. Assists in achieving broad goals supporting corporate business strategy. Responsible for results delivery, risk management and strategy development. May or may not manage employees. Significant experience with managing large diverse programs and projects. Typically 5+ plus years of program management experience.
