Job Description:

Manages performance, and mitigates risk for assigned vendors that may vary in risk and complexity. Maintains relationships with vendors and LOB or ECF as required. Measures vendor performance and other expectations as per the contract and enterprise requirements. Proactively manages the satisfaction of the business with the vendor. Responsible for the coordination and execution of Global Vendor Management Program (GVMP) deliverables. Coordinates and provides support to the Enterprise Vendor Manager as required.

Line of Business Description:

• Serves as a primary contact facilitating the vendor relationship across key stakeholder groups including Business Process Owners and control partners including Global Risk, Global Procurement, Global Information Security and Enterprise Resiliency.

• Optimizes vendor relationships by managing service level agreement (SLAs) and performance metrics, inclusive of applicable on-site testing for specific business requirements. This may include management of metrics specific to vendors with client interaction and associated consumer risk.

• Serves as the liaison between the vendor and the Bank, managing the day to day supplier relationship to ensure contract compliance and process adherence, recommending operational improvements as necessary.

• Completes deliverables per the Global Vendor Management Program Standard and applicable LOB/GCF requirements with adherence to quality standards.

• Identifies and escalates all types of vendor risk

• Documents and manages issues through remediation according to the enterprise issue management process.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years’ related experience in areas such as vendor management, audit, or risk management.

• Ability to influence without authority and communicates with impact to influence decisions and outcomes.

• Ability to thrive and adapt in a dynamic and organic environment.

• Strong project management, facilitation, and collaboration skills.

• Excellent written and oral communications skills

• Proven ability to manage and mitigate risk while ensuring optimal value and outcomes are achieved.

• Demonstrated results orientation, implementing practices and processes that drive accountability and improvement; willingness to reexamine and adjust where necessary.

• Self-starter, works independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
