Job Description:

This position is responsible for developing and managing resource plans for Collections and Recovery. Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: FTE forecasting, driver management, work allocation, data mining and analysis, and reporting. The Analyst must be able to work independently to develop resource plans, socialize with key partners in HR, Finance, Staffing, Executive Leadership, and the Frontline Units and execute on those plans. This position requires frequent interaction with senior managers in Collections and Recovery and business support partners.

This role resides within the Resource and Business Planning Team.

Required Skills:

- Strong data analysis and problem solving skills as demonstrated by 2-5 years of experience

- Experience with forecasting and/or predictive modeling as demonstrated by a minimum of 2 years’ experience

- Skilled with MS Office (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint)

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills

Desired Skills:

- 2+ years programming and analytics experience with SAS/SQL, Python, or R

- Experience working within the bank's data infrastructure (i.e. Teradata, BACARDI, The W, SQL Server, etc.)

- Previous Collection Services experience

- Experience with business case development/financial statements

- Experience managing projects and maintaining project timelines with cross-functional contributors

- Test/Control design and statistical analysis of results
