If this confidential resume is also your primary job application resume, then contact information from your profile will automatically be added to the resume during the application process.
- If you set your resume to be searchable, then all employers and recruiters who pay for access to our resume database product will have access to your resume.
We use our best efforts to grant access to the resume database only to paying employers, Federal agencies, recruiters, hiring managers, headhunters, and human resource professionals, but we cannot guarantee that other parties will not, without our consent, gain access to this database. You may personally change the confidentiality setting or remove your resume from our searchable database at any time by accessing your online account and resetting or deleting your resume and/or your entire account, or by emailing our webmaster@taonline.com and requesting that we change or delete it for you. However, employers and recruiters who have paid for access to the database, and other parties who have otherwise gained access to the database, may have retained a copy of your resume in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of resumes in these instances, or for the use or privacy of resumes by any such parties while resumes are in the database.
We may collect "military" resumes from a variety of sources, to include individuals, online Federal and private resume boards, strategic partners (such as the NCOA, ROA, etc.), job fairs, resume aggregators, etc. Resumes may be in our system from one of these direct or indirect sources without the knowledge of the job seekers who prepared the resumes. The collection of these resumes follows the privacy practices of the sources.

We post employers' and Federal agencies' employment advertisements on our site. You can apply directly to these job ads using our online system by logging into your account, however some of these ads link directly to the employers' sites.
