The Non Commissioned Officers Association of the United States of America (NCOA) is a federally chartered, 501c19 non-profit military organization.  The Career Expo Program has been active since 1973 and the events are completely self-supporting.  Any proceeds realized from the Expos are used in the benevolent works of the Association and donated to other charities that support Veterans and their families.
