Hiring Our Heroes Employment Workshop

This Hiring Our Heroes employment workshop is led by HR and workforce professionals and focuses heavily on skills and tips that will successfully prepare you for completing an interview. Taking into account the job seeker's military background and lifestyle, this workshop outlines the best interviewing techniques which will be of benefit during the job seeking experience. Immediately following the workshop volunteer career coaches will help you develop an elevator pitch, participate in a mock interview, and create a more effective resume.

Best Practices in Veteran Recruitment Brunch & Learn

Employers are invited to attend a Brunch & Learn sponsored by USAA prior to the hiring fair. Our trainers will provide insight on how to brand your company as military friendly, how to find the right veteran talent, and how to keep them engaged in your work force. Brunch will be served - free for employers, recruiters and HR professionals.
