Hiring Our Heroes, Paralyzed Veterans of America, and the State of California Employment Development Department (EDD) are conducting an employment conference for recovering warriors and caregivers on February 4, 2015 at the Proud Bird Event Center located in Los Angeles, CA.

Registered participants will enjoy a day filled with interactive and informative workshops focused on interviewing skills, networking techniques, and one-on-one consultations with human resource professionals. After lunch employers will conduct interviews with pre-matched recovering warriors and caregivers.

8:00 - 9:00 a.m. Check in and continental breakfast
9:00 - 9:15 a.m. Welcome and overview of the day
9:15 - 12:00 p.m. Workshops and one-on-one assistance
12:00 - 12:30 p.m. Employer check-in/set up and lunch
12:30 - 1:00 p.m. Employer welcome and ice-breaker with the job seekers
1:00 - 4:30 p.m. Pre-scheduled interviews
